At CloudTrip, we strive to ensure every booking experience is smooth and secure. Our refund and cancellation policy varies depending on the airline, hotel, or vacation provider you choose. Please read the provider’s terms before completing your booking.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or our support line at least 24 hours before departure/check-in. CloudTrip will initiate cancellation with the respective provider on your behalf, but we do not guarantee eligibility for refund unless permitted by the provider's policy.

Some special fares, promotional deals, or last-minute bookings may be labeled as “Non-Refundable.” Once booked, these cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstance.
If a refund is approved, it may take up to 7–21 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on the provider’s and bank's policies.
In some cases, the provider may allow rescheduling instead of a refund. CloudTrip will assist you in modifying your booking if allowed by the provider’s terms.
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension or denial of future services.
